At Noah’s Juices, we take pride in preparing every order fresh using high-quality ingredients. Because our juices and wellness products are made fresh and are highly perishable, we maintain the following refund policy to ensure food safety and product quality.
Due to the nature of fresh cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, and cleanse programs, all sales are generally final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been delivered or picked up.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives:
Damaged during delivery
Defective or spoiled upon arrival
Missing items
Incorrect due to our error

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
After reviewing your request, Noah’s Juices may offer, at our discretion:
A replacement product
Store credit
A full or partial refund
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered preparation or fulfillment.
Because every juice is freshly made to order, cancellations requested after production has begun cannot be refunded.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate when placing your order.
Noah’s Juices is not responsible for:
Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients
Products left unattended after successful delivery according to the selected delivery instructions
Customers are responsible for collecting pickup orders during the scheduled pickup window.
Once a pickup order has been prepared, refunds cannot be issued for orders that are not collected.
Subscription plans may be canceled before the next billing cycle. Once a subscription order has been processed or prepared, that scheduled order is non-refundable.
Canceling your subscription prevents future charges but does not refund previously processed orders.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account.
